WINSAMM software can be upgrade from the installer available on WINSAMM home page. Upgrades are free but not supported outside a support contract or during the original one year warranty.

SAMM
SAMM software can be upgraded from the same installer under windows. Upgrades are free but not supported outside a support contract or during the original one year warranty. Verify support options with MCDI support prior to upgrading as SAMM is not sold anymore and support is limited.

Contact MCDI support if you need a DOS installer. Versions under 8.1.30 cannot be upgraded from the installer. You will need a file conversion that is available from MCDI when you purchase a service contract or a new version.

Versions over 8.1.30 can be upgraded to SAMM X from the installer. Please note that we are not giving support outside of a service contract or warranty period. A dedicated support package can be purchase to upgrade from SAMM 8 to SAMM X. To enquire about the best service contract for your software, please contact our sales department.

Upgrades from SAMM to WinSAMM are available when you purchase WinSAMM. If you have purchased a copy of SAMM in the past special pricing is available to upgrade to WinSAMM.

Always make sure that you have a backup before upgrading your SAMM software.

It is advisable to contact your local dealer of MCDI if you are not sure how to proceed with an upgrade of SAMM.
