TO SEND MCDI YOUR UNLOCK INFORMATION:

If your purchased a SAMM or WINSAMM licence, MCDI will return unlock key by e-mail or fax upon validation of the information contained in this form. In order to get an unlock key, you need to transcribe exact information on the screen of your PC from the unlock windows.

Unlock keys are sent only to purchasers of a SAMM or WINSAMM license. Only one unlock key per license. One PC per license. Licence leys are returned by email or fax at your convenience.
